The Heritage Employee Wellness Center is now using InQuicker, a new online scheduling tool. Most visit types can be scheduled through InQuicker. However, appointments with the behavioral health counselor must be scheduled by calling our office at 317-713-0430. If you need an appointment sooner than what is available online, please call the office to see if we can accommodate.

About Us

The Wellness Center provides a convenient, no-cost option to the employee for acute, preventative, and wellness focused primary care services for all Heritage Group employees and their families enrolled in the Heritage Health Care Plan. The services provided can be shared with your personal primary care physician. This coordination can help you get healthy and stay healthy in all aspects of your life.

Telephonic Visits

Physicians, counselors, dietitians and exercise physiologists are doing telephonic visits. If you would like a telephonic visit with one of the Wellness Center Physicians, please leave your information on our voicemail at the Wellness Center, or send a request through the patient portal.
